Kura Cafe: A Hidden Cafe in Trece Martires City, Cavite
Cafes are hyped up nowadays and there are new cafes open almost everywhere. Good thing, I found one in Trece Martires City, Cavite. It's kinda rare to find one here.
Joseph lived in the area before he went to the US so I've been around and I am also somehow familiar with the area. When he came home, we stayed somewhere in General Trias. Just a few minutes away from here. We're really happy to discover this hidden cafe in the area.
They are not your ordinary cafe. Aside from an aesthetic cafe, they also have advocacy to help other people like giving donations.
They have a parking space but I think you need to give a heads up. I was not able to notify them early so I just parked my car at Puregold.
You will love the interior here. It's simple and not too overwhelming. It is also perfect for studying or working. However, I think they don't have wifi yet when I visited them last year. I think they have it now.
I love the simple details on their mirrors. Haha. I am a person who loves to take mirror selfies.
The view can also be seen here but of course, it's a city view.
I was able to try two of their drinks and I think they're the best sellers. I liked them both! Joseph's not into coffee so he got the Dark Chocolate Chip Frappe. I got the Spanish Latte.
It's not showing on the photos but there are two flavors on this one. One is spicy while the other one is like honey bbq. I think the fries are also homemade.
We got to try their pasta as well. We liked the Carbonara more but they are both good!
They had a promo with their Big Dream Cakes when we first visited them. For every 1 big dream cake purchase, 1 homeless person will be given a Christmas ayuda. A cafe with a heart indeed! 💚
You may check their Facebook page so you can see their latest updates and promos!
VERDICT
I actually didn't expect that there was this cafe in that area. In addition to that, the food and drinks are good. I think it's worth it. The service is great as well. Overall, it's a cafe I can recommend! The price range is 500-800 pesos for 2pax. Not bad for quality food! Plus points for being active on social media and having an advocacy.
