#BetterMyHealth starts this January 2022 with MyHealth Clinic!

If you recently gained a *little* weight like me because of the recent holidays and series of lockdowns in the past two years, you might want to catch the first-ever event of MyHealth Clinic on January 21, 2022, at 6:00PM! 💙 It is MyHealth Clinic’s first-ever event!

The webinar will have notable physicians discuss the emerging health concerns during the new normal. It will be live via Zoom and Facebook Live, with prior sign-ups required for those who would like to access the Zoom link.

Part 1 of the webinar will tackle the risks and management of weight gain, obesity, and abdominal-related diseases. The event will be on January 21, 2022 (Friday) at 6:00 PM with MyHealth Clinic physicians Dr. Katrina Villamiel, M.D., and Dr. Dennis Fernandez, M.D., as speakers at the event. There will also be interactive activities such as fun polls and Q&As!
