Have a Fancy Tagaytay Date at Meza Tiarra Cafe and Restaurant

Despite the pandemic, there are a lot of businesses here in Tagaytay who are opening. Mostly cafés and restaurants with different food and menu to offer. Meza Tiarra Cafe and Restaurant opened this January 2021.

According to their FB Page, they are contemporary understated glamour cafe. Artisinal-based, international and regional cuisine, culture, and collaborative design on one of the Philippine’s best cities.

THE PLACE

They are located at the former place of Dreamland Arts and Cafe beside Cityland Prime Residences. 

Their interiors are aesthetic. minimalist and instagram-able. The first floor looks very fancy. You'll love it here if you like girly and white aesthetic. The second floor is the rooftop. Ang lamig dito! Haha.

The ambiance is also better during sunset and at night for a more cozy vibe. They had a live singer when we dined there. Makes me miss happy hour when I travel!

FOOD

By just looking at it, I already had the feeling that this resto is gonna be pricey. Good thing, it did not disappoint. I was meeting a friend and I asked her if we could try this for a change.

🥤 Ice Cold Lassi Lemon (185 pesos)

This was my friend's order so I did not get to taste it. Haha. But she said it's good.

☕️ Tablea Hot Choocolate (230 pesos)

This was my order. I wanted to take a break from cold drinks. Haha. So I ordered this tablea hot chocolate. It's not that strong and not thick so I liked it. The drink was too easy to get cold because of the weather tho. Hehe! 

🧀 Cheese Ravioli (395 pesos)

It's ravioli pasta, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and basil. I was just surprised that it is just 4 pcs. Haha! But it's soooo good! I love cheese and I approve this one! The tomato sauce balances it so you don't get "umay" with the cheese. I think this is supposed to be for one person only.

🍕 Four Cheese Pizza (650 pesos)

It's a whole wheat pizza with four kinds of cheese and in house pizza sauce. I love pizzas and I approve this one! I think it is a pizza is a must when you go here! It's one of their signature dishes!

🍰 Dalgona Cake

Can't miss a dessert so we ordered this. It's so interesting. We had to try it ofc! The cake itself is not that sweet. You can definitely taste the coffee but it's subtle. The toppings makes it sweeter. Just look at that chocolate sauce! The yellow topping is a honey butter comb something! Haha. Not sure! 

REVIEW

I had a great experience there with my friend. We spent around 1,600 for two pax. It's all worth it even it's expensive here! I liked all the food that we ordered. Didn't disappoint! I can recommend them all. I would definitely go back here to try other drinks and cakes!
