Cafe Review: Upland Kafe, Silang, Cavite

I haven't posted in a while here in my blog and I'm glad to be back! There's a new minimalist cafe in Silang, Cavite. Just a few minutes away from Tagaytay and Dasmarinas. 

UPLAND KAFE is located at Shell Select, Bypass Rd, Silang, Cavite. It's along Aguindaldo-Highway so it is easy to go here. You can find them on Google Map or Waze.

It's a minimalist cafe with al fresco dining. It is also surrounded by plants and trees which makes it a nice place while working or catching up with friends. Feels cozy and comfortable.

The cafe itself is just small trailer. Parking space is not a problem because aside from they have parking spaces, they are located near the gas station. You can also park your bike here as seen on the photo. The location is perfect for their target market. Motorists can drop by before or after a long drive. 

I went there with Janella of yourtitaja.net and this is what we ordered. I was not able to take a lot of photos especially inside the cafe. I am still recovering mentally from what happened to me recently. It's just a quick al fresco dining.

This is what we ordered. They serve mostly coffee. My drink is Spanish Latte and it's just okay for me. I was also able to try Blue Pea Latte and it's something new. It's kinda hard to explain the taste tho but I think it's in a good way. Just a few more improvements. Glad to see they are doing their own blend/mix. 

They also serve snacks. The sandwiches for it's price are okay too. Price range is 500 pesos for two persons. It's affordable but since they are just new I think the food and drinks can still be improved. The place looks good during at night too. I've seen it in other's photos.
