I was amazed to know that there's a building like this near Raffi's Way and that they have a room for rent aside from the villa itself. Raffi's Way is already known to the public as a wedding venue and a villa for staycation. The rates are different as Raffi's Suites is more affordable.

Raffi's Suites is a six bedroom suites in Tagaytay with an incredible view of Taal Lake and Tagaytay Ridges. The building has two floors. The rooms are black and white themed. Both are very minimalist and aesthetic. The black rooms are located on the first floor while the white rooms are located on the second floor.
This is a self-catered private vacation room for rent service. 🏨 Not a hotel. No parties and events are allowed. Each room can cater 2-3 pax.

THE WHITE ROOM
I personally picked the white room (corner) and this is where we stayed. Their white rooms are the most booked rooms as per the management especially the corner rooms.
The room is clean when we arrived. It has a bath room with heater (A must when you're in Tagaytay. Haha!), sofa, dining area and a mini kitchen where you can cook simple dishes. They have microwave, induction stove, rice cooker, french press, other dinnerware and utensils.
The difference of the corner rooms is the extra window. It brightens up the ambiance especially on the white room. The view looks like a painting. You'll appreciate the window during sunrise like the photo below.
The white room is giving me beach hotel vibe like in Boracay. Haha! Or maybe this I just miss traveling? Haha.
THE BLACK ROOM
There are no other people who checked in so we were able to view the black room and this is what it looks like. I know people wants this vibe and aesthetic over the white room.
I promise, I didn't mean to make this ad-sy. It just so happen that my camera is better at this kind of set-up. Haha!
THE VIEW
For the rates, it is already a steal. Take it from me who lives in Tagaytay. I know other overlooking hotels rates' are a lot higher. And this is the view you're getting.
THE ROOF DECK & MINI POOL
It has a mini pool on the roof deck. It's literally a mini pool so don't expect too much. Haha! We took a dip at night. Even it's almost summer, the weather at night here in Tagaytay is still cold.
SUNRISE VIEW 🌅
We woke up at 5:30 AM for the sunrise and it was worth it! The view is captivating. Imagine living in Tagaytay and you wake up to this view everyday? I could never! Haha.

VERDICT
I had an awesome and memorable experience here. The rooms are very aesthetic and clean. It is complete and has everything you need. Every corner is picture perfect especially the view. The ambiance is relaxing hotel vibes. It is near restaurants and malls. Just a few minutes from rotonda.
The wifi is not that stable though. The management said that they are still working on it. They also do not offer breakfast that's why their rates is not high. So I suggest that you bring your own food. Mas makakatipid din nga naman talaga.
HOW TO GET THERE
If you're going to stay here, I highly suggest that you use a private vehicle. You can waze it. But if you're going via public transportation, you can drop off at the Rotonda or terminal. Ride a tricycle and say that you're going here (Talisay Road near Rotonda). It is near the rotonda but the tricycle might re-route because they are not allowed in some areas so the fare might be a little higher.
