Embrace Cafe Launches New Products For Their 4th Anniversary
Embrace Cafe 💜🧡💚 opened their branch in Tagaytay City last October 2019. It's not your ordinary cafe as they employ differently abled persons. Today, they are celebrating their 4th anniversary. I was invited on their exclusive media launch to spread awareness regarding on their advocacy and their cafe.
Amidst the Taal eruption and the pandemic, they continued to serve the public to also help their differently abled employees in 2020. I know a lot of businesses struggled last year and even until now, but I am glad that they strived and survived. You should add them in oyur list when you go to Tagaytay.
LOCATION 📍
Bonifacio Drive, Silang Junction North, Tagaytay City, Cavite 4120
STORE HOURS 🕘
Tuesday to Sunday - 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
I've been seeing Embrace Cafe from my friends' posts but I was only able to visit them on their media launch because of the pandemic and busy schedule. I was so excited to try their foods!
This post is kinda long because it's an event and product launch in one so I hope you read it til the end.
HOW TO GET THERE 🚗
Embrace Cafe is located at a peaceful part of Tagaytay. Commuting there is not that hard. You can just ride a bus from Manila and tell the driver to drop you off at Canossa or Viewsite. You can ride a tricycle from there. If you are using a private vehicle, you can waze them. Parking is not a problem.
MEDIA LAUNCH
There was a short program prepared by the staff and by the members of Iglesia ni Cristo as this business is under them. They introduced the chef behind their menu who previously worked in Singapore.
Their DAP (Differently Abled Persons) staff performed for us which I really appreciate. 💜
They prepared a lot of foods for us and all on the table are their new products.
THE CAFE
To be honest, I don't know any basic sign language. Good thing they have these as table mats. Aside from it will help you communicate with their DAP employees, but this is also good as learning something new if you're like me who is not aware.
The cafe is very instagramable and themed which I know is what we like aside from good food, ofc. They have this wall signages. The left one hits different though.
They are also known for their cakes and pastries.
THE BEST SELLERS
BULALO
A Tagaytay trip won't be complete without the Bulalo. Look at that bone marrow!
SINIGANG NA BULALO
*highly recommended*
As a Tagaytay resident, their Bulalo is good but this is a must try. I love both Sinigang and Bulalo so I was mind blown when they introduced it to us. I never thought they have this. Haha! It didn't disappoint though! I love it! No wonder why this is their best seller.
AROZCALDO
This is one of their best seller and highlight because they used pure malagkit (glutinous-rice). I liked it and it is heavy on the stomach. Hehe! You'll be full with just this.
LAKSA
Laksa (left photo) is a spicy noodle soup popular in Southeast Asia. I am not a fan of spicy food, but this one is good. I didn't mix the chili powder. Haha! I rarely eat Southeast Asian cuisine (aside from ours) because most of it are spicy. I never thought I'd like this tbh. Other people from the event liked it as well and they even compared it to the ones from Singapore. I haven't been there so I can't really compare it. Hehe! Hopefully, when my food adventures takes me there.
PAD THAI
*highly recommended*
There are only few restaurants here in Tagaytay who serve Pad Thai so if you like this dish, you might as well try this. Pad Thai is a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a street food and at most restaurants in Thailand.
AVOCADO CREAMCHEESE FRAPPE 🥑
This one is their frappe best seller. I'm not a fan of avocados but I still tried it. It's creamy?
NEW ON THE MENU
TAPA BURGER 🍔
GARDEN FRESH AND SISIG PIZZA 🍕
SISIG PIZZA 🍕
PERI-PERI AND ROSEMARY CHICKEN 🍗
BAKED SUSHI 🍣
MORE PASTRIES 🍞
Ensaymada, baguette, and more.
MANGO 🥭 CRUMBLE CHEESECAKE AND JAPANESE STRAWBERRY 🍓 CHEESECAKE 🍰
I bet you know that I love strawberries, mangoes, and cheesecake, so you probably know I am biased on this one. Haha! I love it! It can be messy though. It can easily be crushed because of the texture.
REVIEW 📋
I am surprised with their menu because they offer variety of foods, pastries and beverages from Filipino cuisine to pizzas and baked sushi. They have it. I'll definitely go back here to try their other dishes and I'd also bring my friends here.
Their menu is can still be changed as they are still working on it. But most of it are already available. For their menu, you can send them a message on their social media so you can get the updated one.
At this time, we all know that most companies have high standards in hiring their employees. It is inspiring and heartwarming to know that there are still restaurants like Embrace Cafe who employs and helps Differently Able Persons (DAP).
Happy 4th anniversary, Embrace Cafe! Thank you for having me, Tara Tagaytay and Tagaytay Bloggers on this fun and exciting event. 💜 To more years of love, respect, support and acceptance for our differently abled persons. #Love4Embrace
