La Corazon Cafe by Liesil's Restaurant and Events Place

La Corazon Cafe by LieSil's Restaurant and Events Place is a new café here in Tagaytay. This is just beside The RSM Restaurant. Both are located at the ground floor of LieSil's and both have different theme.

The RSM Restaurant serves Filipino cuisine while La Corazon Cafe serves Italian menu. The place also looks very modern, simple and well lit. Good thing, the cafe is spacious enough and there are couches. So social distancing is not a big issue.

THE PLACE

The place looks very modern and simple. I like how the decorations are not overwhelming. It makes the place cozy and a great place to hangout.

Since we are still in the COVID era, we are required to follow safety precautions. You will need to fill out the contact tracing form and get your temperature. You also need to sanitize before you go in. Face mask and face shield is also required. Only 15 years old to 65 years old are allowed for dine-in.

The place is also color coordinated which makes it aesthetically pleasing and picture perfect. Hehe!

Sobrang sulit nito! The pan is filled with seafood which makes the paella more flavorful. As in ang dami! Hindi tinipid.

Quatro Formaggi Pizza (Four Cheese Pizza)

An Italian cafe won't be complete without the pizza. Their Quatro Formaggi Pizza is cheesy good! It has mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan and cream cheese. It's a hand-tossed pizza.

Popcorn Frappe (Cream-based)

This is my favorite among the drink we tried. If you have a sweet tooth like me, you'll definitely love this. I think this is my first time to try a popcorn frappe and it's surprisingly good.

Caramel Frappe (Coffee-based)

This frappe is not that sweet compared to the Popcorn Frappe.

Popcorn Frappe (Coffee-based)

If you don't have a sweet tooth and you like coffee, you may try this instead. The coffee tones down the sweetness. I really find this fascinating and very creative.

I really recommend that you get their Popcorn Frappe, either cream or coffee based. It's a must try!

Among their cakes, this is my favorite. I love the texture of the brownie. It's chewy which is my preference. It goes well with the vanilla ice cream.

Blueberry Cheesecake

This is their best seller on their cakes. I have a 50/50 opinion on this one. I think it lacks cream cheese especially on the first taste. But it surprisingly gets better when you eat it. There's something that makes you wanna taste it again. Haha! This is just my opinion though.

Oreo Cheesecake

You can never go wrong with Oreo. Haha. This one tastes good too!

REVIEW

This new café is pretty impressive. The place is no doubt, a beautiful one. It's a good place to hangout or at least unwind. The price point is somehow on mid - high range just like the other known cafes. But I think it's worth it! Compared to other café, they have more choices on their menu. I would love to go back and try their pasta next time! 😊
