Hey, loves! Colourette Cosmetics is one of my favorite local brand here in the Philippines. I recently bought their Colourglaze Self-Love Set. It's one of their newest collection from last month and I got curious since it looks promising. So I've decided to share a review. 💋

I was able to buy this last 10.10 Shopee Sale. There's no discount but I was able to get a Tala by Kyla x Colourette Cosmetics gold necklace. It's my first Tala by Kyla so I am really happy with this purchase! The Self-Love Set comes with a pink satin pouch and a poster.

PACKAGING

I love the packaging because I like pastel colors. The color of the box slightly corresponds to the shade of the gloss. The product description and other information are seen on the box which is, of course, a good thing.

The box might look fancy but the product itself looks minimalist. The brand and shade are the only labels seen. The tube is clear so you will easily see the color of the shade.

APPLICATOR

It comes with a doe-foot applicator. It is not messy to use and the tube doesn't leak.

SWATCHES

The Colourglaze collection has 4 shades in total which are all flattering for Filipina skin-tones.

Daydream is a clear gloss.

Serotonin is a dusty pink (pinkish brown).

Sundown is a warm nude (coral-ish brown).

Blanket is a soft nude (brown).

REVIEW

I never thought I'd love all the shades. Haha! My top shade is Serotonin. No wonder this is their best seller and it is always sold out. I feel like this one is perfect for any skin tone. I am not a fan of coral shades but Sundown and Blanket looks good too! Sundown makes you look fresh. I'm 50/50 on Daydream because I have pale lips but it's not bad though.

This is definitely not transfer proof since it's a gloss but it somehow stains on the lips. It's acutally pretty pigmented for a gloss. There's also a minty feeling. I am not sure about the plumping effect since I don't really see much of it when I use it. It doesn't have the sticky feeling which is a plus points.

Overall, I love it and I think it's worth it. If you don't want to buy the whole set, I definitely recommend Serotonin.
