Celeteque DermoScience Products Review on Senstive Skin
After using it for more than two months, I am finally sharing my thoughts of these products with you. So does Celeteque products work on my sensitive skin? Keep on reading!
I ran out of toner just a few days before enhanced community quarantine was lifted here in the Philippines. I went to the supermarket and drugstores near my area to look for an alcohol-free toner. Luckily, I was able to buy the Celeteque Brightening Alcohol-Free Toner. Then after using it for a few weeks, I also bought their Hydration products for me to review it on my blog.
I will be reviewing five of their products from their different lines. Three of them are from the Hydration line. One is from the Brightening and one is from Acne Solution.
This is not a PR package nor a sponsored post. I bought all of these products. The blue pouch from the top most photo is a freebie from the facial wash when I bought it.
I will be starting with these two because these are the first two Celeteque products that I've tried.

Review: This is the first Celeteque product that I've used. I read from a review online that their toner is good and some of my friends recommended it back in 2017 or 2018. I bought this one without knowing that they have different toners. And this is not what they are talking about! Haha! It was really a wrong move because it did not work on my sensitive skin. Contrary to its claims, I had acne when I used this one. Haha! It is also because it is alcohol based. I kept it on my cabinet to remind me what not to buy because I don't want to make the same mistake again. Haha!
BRIGHTENING ALCOHOL-FREE TONER

Review: I got really disappointed with the first one and it took me a year before I finally decided to try another product from them. This time, I finally learned the needs of my skin and also the don'ts. I ran out of toner when ECQ was lifted. I always find an alcohol-free toner ever since na natutunan ko na yun ang dapat for my sensitive skin. I'm glad I found this one at Watsons. I was scared at first because of my past experience and I usually go for Korean skincare. But no regrets! This one worked on my sensitive skin and I loved it! I almost finished one bottle. I stopped using it before I emptied it out because it was out of stock in my area and I haven't checked them again as of now. But I'll definitely buy another one. It has a minimal scent at doesn't sting since it is alchol-free. I also find my face brighten a bit after using this one. I feel glowing and fresh!
HYDRATION FACIAL WASH
Sizes available + prices:
60 mL for 89 pesos
100 mL for 140 pesos
250 mL for 320 pesos

Review: I always find it hard to find a facial cleanser because of my sensitive skin. My skin easily reacts to facial cleansers the most. Surprisingly, this one worked well on my skin and I also liked it. It doesn't have a strong scent. The texture is runny, almost like water but more viscous. It is not foamy when applied so it feels light on the skin. After washing my face, I don't feel any stretching or drying sensation which makes it a good cleanser.
HYDRATION ALCOHOL-FREE TONER
Sizes available + prices:
65 mL for 82 pesos
125 mL for 139 pesos

Review: It is almost the same with the brightening alcohol-free toner. I like that one better but this one is also good and works on my sensitive skin. I did not break out. I only bought the 65mL because I only thought of trying it. Among the three toners I have tried, this has the most minimal (almost no) scent.
HYDRATION FACIAL MOISTURIZER
Sizes available + prices:
50 mL for 150 pesos
100 mL for 250 pesos
Ingredients: Water, Dimethicone, Glycerin, Panthenol, Hexylene Glycol, Carbomer, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Extract, Sodium Hydroxide, Disodium EDTA, DMDM Hydantoin, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Citric Acid
Review: This is the last product that I have bought from Celeteque for now. I've been using it for almost two weeks now. I did not break out using this product. The product is transparent and not scented. It can easily be applied on the skin like an aloe vera gel so there's no greasy feeling after application. True to its claims, it indeed moisturizes my skin enough.

I'm happy to find a drugstore skincare that works on my sensitive skin. Celeteque is an affordable brand and you can find their products easily at drugstores and supermarkets. I also like that they have small variants which is good for traveling.
Please note that these products do not treat pimples and remove acne marks. It does help subside somehow. There are other products for that so do not expect such.
I know they have a lot of products that I still haven't tried. Please let me know if you want me to review something from them. 😉
WHERE TO BUY
- Drugstores (Watsons, Mercury, etc)
- Supermarkets
- Online (Shopee, Lazada)
I also struggled with acne a couple of years back because of my sensitive skin. My skin started to go bad after being extremely stressed at work, and it was difficult to find product that can suit my skin. This may really be helpful to people like me who struggle with that.
