Paradise Dynasty, SM Aura Premier

Paradise Dynasty is known for their Xiao Long Bao especially the colorful ones which are in different flavors by the way. I've seen it all over Instagram and I finally got to try it last May. They have branches in The Podium, S Maison, and SM Aura.

Yes, southies. I traveled from Tagaytay to SM Aura for this. Haha! For the love of Xiao Long Bago. Haha! And no regrets, this is so worth. It is really good that it made me speechless. Haha!

Radish Pastry (P138)

I was surprised by the taste of their Radish Pastry. It looks like an ordinary pastry on the inside, but when you taste it, it bursts and melts in your mouth. It was mind-blowing for me. Haha! This is definitely the taste that I love.

Another favorite of mine is this one. I mean?! It's like the same reaction with the radish pastry but even more exaggerated because this one is soo good. To the nth power! Haha.

What's not to like from their menu? Haha. I definitely love them all.

Poached Chicken in Szechuan Style (P288)

Stir-Fried Shredded Pork in Black Bean Sauce (P388)

This is preferred to be eaten with the Chinese crepes. It goes with it really well.

Poached Beef in Szechuan Chili Oil (P788)

Even by just looking and smelling this, you could already tell that it is spicy. I still tasted it even though I have a low tolerance for spicy foods. I actually like it but it is too spicy for me. Haha! The beef was tender and tasty.

Glutinous Rice Ball topped with Grated Nuts (P168)

Glutinous rice balls are not new to me but these are really soft.

Charcoal Custard Lava Bun (P188)

I've been eyeing on this as well and it did not disappoint. I love the custard lava inside it.

Fresh Mango Juice

Now I know why it has a high rating on Zomato and why it is recommended by a lot of foodies. All of their foods are scrumptious. It may be pricey to others, but trust me, this is so worth it. Paradise Dynasty is not your typical Chinese restaurant. I definitely recommend them! :)
